Are there onboarding fees?
No. We help you import your data and configure your parish over the 30-day trial at no charge.
What happens at the end of the trial?
You pick a plan or cancel — no automatic billing. We email you 14 days before the trial ends.
Do you take a percentage of donations?
No. Stripe charges its own processing fee (about 2.9% + $0.30 per gift) which goes to Stripe, not us. Symphonia takes 0%.
Can we change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. We pro-rate the difference.
Is the Mission plan really free?
Yes, for parishes with under 100 households and a verified mission status. No card on file, no time limit. We'd rather have you growing on Symphonia than not on the platform at all.
What if my parish has more than 1,500 households?
You're a Cathedral plan. Talk to us — we tier it based on actual usage, not a one-size-fits-all number.
Is my parish data portable?
Yes. CSV export from any table at any time, and we provide a full SQL dump on request — including after you've cancelled.
Do you offer non-profit / clergy discounts?
Symphonia is already non-profit-priced. The list price is what parishes pay.
